 Payment Security

All online transactions on Boho Aesthetic are secure and protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Your personal and payment details are encrypted before being sent to the payment gateway (like Razorpay), keeping everything private and safe.

You’ll know you're in secure mode at checkout when you see the little padlock icon in your browser bar.

 CVV/CVC Explained

To protect against fraud, we ask for your CVV/CVC during checkout — this 3-digit code is found on the back of your card. It helps confirm the card is in your hands during the transaction.

 Out of Stock Items

If something you ordered is out of stock, don’t worry — we’ll contact you within 2 working days with options. We don’t accept backorders, which means we won’t sell you anything we can’t ship immediately.

 Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel your order?
Email us at hello@bohoaesthetic.in within 24 hours of placing the order.

 If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

For valid cancellations, a 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded within 7–10 working days as per bank timelines.

 

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Noida , Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

 COVID-19 Advisory:

Due to fluctuating restrictions, we may pause deliveries to some locations temporarily. We’ll keep you updated.

📦 Delivery Details:

  • Orders are shipped within 1–2 working days, and delivered in 4–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Deliveries require a signature or OTP confirmation. If you can’t receive the order yourself, make sure a trusted person can.

  • Boho Aesthetic is not responsible for goods signed by someone else at your address or for any damage after delivery.

🧾 Claims

If your package is damaged or has missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bohoaesthetic.in with images and details.
